Justin Hamilton
Justin has been leading and communicating to diverse audiences for over a decade. He has extensive experience working with individuals in urban, suburban and rural areas. “I feel just as confident connecting with students in middle school as I do with professional athletes or aerospace engineers. I have a passion for leadership development and effective communication.”
Justin is also a TedX speaker and frequently speak at universities, churches and organizations across the country.
In 2023 he and his wife Delicia and launched Legacy Church in Chandler, AZ. In less than 2 years it has become one of the fastest growing churches in the U.S. and thousands of people have learned how to love, live and lead like Jesus.
They have three amazing children and are die-hard Golden State Warriors fans and (aspiring) Pickleball players. They love seafood, traveling to new places and watching every Denzel Washington movie ever made.
CHRIS DURSO
Chris Durso has spent over twenty years building the local church and traveling internationally as a renowned communicator. For 12 years he served the City of New York growing a thriving youth ministry, known as Misfit, and as the Lead Pastor of Saints Church.
Pastor Chris is the bestselling author of two books: Misfit and The Heist. His words have encouraged thousands of readers to seek the presence of God. He currently serves a number of churches across the country teaching the word of God, as well as travels to support ministries he is in partnership with. His wife, Yahris, and children, Dylan and Chloe remain his first priority and greatest accomplishment.
Jeff Osborne
As a world-class speaker, Jeff has had the privilege of addressing audiences across the globe, sharing his insights into personal development and inspiring individuals to embrace their authentic identities.
With the experiences he has gathered along the way, he’s penned three books that reflect his passion for personal growth and transformation. These writings are an extension of his dedication to helping others find their true selves.
For over 15 years, Jeff has been committed to impacting lives and motivating individuals and organizations to reach new heights. Daniel ended up in the church world through a pretty unconventional path; with his background being in technology sales. “For me, teaching and preaching is one of the most humbling, vulnerable and difficult processes that I’ve ever had to undertake. It’s a process that I still don’t fully understand, but one that continues to push and challenge me to be dependent, expectant and grounded in Christ. I can’t imagine giving my life to a more worthy task, and its a true honor that I get to do this with my life!

Lauren Beethe
As a dedicated and skilled communication professional, with a Master’s degree in Communication Studies and Advocacy from Arizona State University, Lauren specializes in public speaking, mentoring and coaching. She has built a strong foundation in effective communication strategies with a focus in helping individuals enhance their public speaking skills, build confidence, and craft compelling narratives. Through personalized coaching, Lauren empowers clients to develop impactful presentations, refine delivery techniques, and achieve their communication goals in both personal and professional settings.

Vince PArker
Vince has the privilege of serving as the Central Ministry Leader for Switch, the youth ministry at Life.Church (which is recognized as the largest church in America). With more than 12 years on the Life.Church team, Vince uses his pastoral experience and eye for excellence to lead a team of more than 50 youth pastors across 11 states. He is passionate about seeing students and leaders live out the calling that God has placed on their lives. Prior to this current role, Vince served as a youth pastor and as the Campus Pastor for Life.Church Broadway and Britton.
In his down time, Vince enjoys competing for the best yard on the block and adding to his sneaker collection.
He and his wife Melissa and live in Oklahoma City with their daughter Adriana. One of their most treasured family traditions is to see the latest Marvel movie on opening night and visit a new city each year.
Niccole Cerveny
As a professor of Geography at Mesa Community College specializing in geosciences, environmental science, conservation of cultural resources, and undergraduate research. Niccole obtained her doctorate from Arizona State University in 2005 under the direction of Guggenheim Fellow, Dr. Ronald I. Dorn. Her research has ranged from studying climatic relationships through detrital quartz to the conservation of ancient rock art and inscriptions around the world.
”My interests combine geoscience practices to cultural heritage challenges. Engaging my own students in rock art research for the National Parks, I have further developed training for geo-education and geo-tourism in Iceland, Jordan, and México. Working locally and nationally I’ve facilitated numerous workshops to broaden participation in undergraduate research among two-year colleges, and serve on the US National Committee on the International Union of Geosciences (USNC-IUGS). My current research focuses on the pedagogy of virtual reality and sense of place to increase accessibility to the geosciences.”
TERRY PARKMAN
Terry serves as the founder of Next Generation Leader, a leadership group committed to seeing the next generation of leaders discover their purpose, empowering them to step out into the plan of God for their lives. Through this framework, Terry serves as the Global Co-Chair for Empowered21 NextGen and its efforts in seeing an emerging generation of Spirit-filled leaders rise up to lead the Church into the future. Along with his responsibilities with Empowered21, Terry serves as the Global NextGen Ambassador for OneHope where he functions as catalyst and connector for NextGen movements globally. He also serves as the NextGen Catalyst and Pastor of Global Ministries at River Valley Church in Minneapolis, MN, a multi-site church with locations in the US and abroad.
Terry travels and speaks internationally on NextGen leadership trends, and more specifically, generational shift and how that impacts the Church today.
He lives in the Minneapolis-metro area with his wife Christina and his daughters Avalie and Nova.
